Project Goals
The core objective was to bring Sprintli’s vibrant and modular content strategy to life using Framer’s native tools and CMS features. My focus was on creating animated components that could be reused and edited easily by the internal team.
✦ Enable dynamic content updates with Framer CMS
✦ Build custom CMS-based ticker animation for testimonials and headlines
✦ Implement smooth scroll-based animations across sections
✦ Ensure clean component structure for easy edits and future scalability
✦ Keep all interactions lightweight and performance-optimized
Challenges
While Framer offers flexibility, combining CMS logic with advanced animations introduced several technical challenges. I had to ensure that smoothness and consistency were maintained across screen sizes and CMS states.
✦ Combining ticker-style motion with live CMS data without stutter
✦ Maintaining fluid interactions across breakpoints
✦ Preventing layout shifts or animation bugs during updates
✦ Ensuring override logic didn’t interfere with editor simplicity
Solution
To overcome these, I custom-built a modular CMS ticker system that syncs with Framer’s timeline controls. Each animation block was built from the ground up using efficient override logic. The final result was a high-performance, fully CMS-driven animation system that runs seamlessly across viewports.
✦ Created reusable components with embedded animation logic
✦ Used condition-based overrides to keep the CMS editor intuitive
✦ Minimized load impact through smart layer usage
✦ Delivered pixel-perfect responsiveness without sacrificing interactivity
Design Strategy
This project was development-only. Designs were provided by Sprintli’s in-house team — I focused entirely on translating those visuals into a scalable Framer build, ensuring the dev output matched the design intent.
